General Terms And Conditions :

The fees will be fixed after feasibility study.

The fees will be based on the work component and work volume and NOT on number of staff.

Coverage Time ie. 12 Hours OR 24 Hours to be confirmed before starting audit.

Independent Authority should be given to Audit Staff to Inspect any place any time.

Budget After Starting Date will be taken for online audit. Implementation will be done stage by stage in each production unit under separate schedule in the following order:-
    1. Yarn To Fabric.
    2. Cutting To Packing (Each Production Unit Separate Schedule).
    3. Accessory.
    4. Online Consolidation and Fine Tuning.

All Material shortage should be verified and countersigned by concerned Department Head.

Company should provide load man for lifting / loading / unloading the goods.

Company should provide suitable person to identify the correctness of goods regarding technical specification.

Specific Terms And Conditions:

The Client Company should not absorb any employee from audit team even though the staff is relieved from our service.

We will not recruit any employee from client company even though the staff is relieved from service.

If material godown is under dual control of Audit Section and Security Section , any Material Leakage/Shortage in office hours ,due to negligence in door closed condition or door open condition, then it is the joint liability of Audit Dept & Security Dept.

Any Material Leakage/Shortage due to theft in holydays And/Or door broken after closing , then it is the liability of security dept.

Infrastructure requirements to be provided by the Company:-

Computer Systems with UPS and network.

Dot Matrix Printers.

Stationeries.

Seating Arrangements.

Inter-com for communication.

Godowns for storing the following items returned to Audit Section.
    a) Garments / Bits returned to Audit.
    b) Balance Fabric / Mistake Fabric returned to Audit.
    c) Good Pieces / Fabrics returned to Audit.
    d) Accessories Returned to Audit.
